We understand that some landlords prefer to manage their properties themselves and are delighted to assist in finding tenants. This is a comprehensive service including extensive marketing, accompanied viewings, referencing tenants, the tenancy agreement, inventory and check in.
Property Management can be the key to reaping maximum rental returns on your property. Many tenants prefer renting managed properties and are often prepared to pay a premium for this. You can also expect a higher rental income than you would receive using other agencies, and in many cases a higher rental income than you would receive managing the property yourself.
